Chocolate PB protein balls

Easy, no bake power protein ball! Eat a couple of these for a burst of energy and at a fraction of the cost of a protein bar.

  • Spatula
  • parchment paper

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups peanut butter no sugar added
  • chocolate protein powder we used Ascent whey powder from Walmart
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions
 

  • Add all of the ingredients to a bowl, mix thoroughly until it reaches a doughy consistency.
  • Roll a pinch of dough in your fingers and place on parchment paper or in a baggie, store in the fridge or freezer. Makes 30 balls.
