can be modified for oven or air fryer. If making in oven or air fryer, multiply recipex 4 and put into safe brownie pan or silicon insert

can use any kind! chocolate protein powder recommended.

cocoa powder

baking powder

or 1/4 cup coconut or avocado oil, or melted butter.
water or milk
to thin it out to a batter texture

vanilla extract

mini chocolate chips
optional. we used a low added sugar variety from Walmart, with 2g added sugar, called Endangered Species brand.
Instructions
Stir all ingredients well into microwave or air fryer safe mug or bowl
Cook for 2-5 minutes (check halfway), then let cool. It will be very moist like a brownie, not a cake texture!
