  • 1 cup Frozen blueberries or mixed berries, or berries of choice
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or dairy milk
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter unsweetened
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen spinach or greens powder

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients (starting with liquid) into blender and blend until smooth.
