Ingredients
  

  • 26 oz kielbasa 2 packs. Use turkey type for lower calories
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 4 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 cup broth or water

Instructions
 

  • Cut an onion, bell peppers, and kielbasa or turkey sausage to desired lengths
  • Add in mushrooms and 1 cup of broth or water
  • Cook on high for 2-3 hours. Make sure to use a slow cooker bag!
