- 26 oz kielbasa 2 packs. Use turkey type for lower calories
- 8 oz mushrooms sliced
- 4 bell peppers sliced
- 1 cup broth or water
Cut an onion, bell peppers, and kielbasa or turkey sausage to desired lengths
Add in mushrooms and 1 cup of broth or water
Cook on high for 2-3 hours. Make sure to use a slow cooker bag!
