Ingredients
1cupalmond flour
1/3 cupprotein powdercan use any kind! chocolate protein powder recommended.
2tbspcocoa powder
1 tspbaking powder
1/2tspsalt
1eggor 1/3 cup coconut or avocado oil, or melted butter.
1 tspvanilla extractoptional
3tbspmini chocolate chipsoptional. we used a low added sugar variety from Walmart, with 2g added sugar, called Endangered Species brand.
Instructions
Preheat oven or air fryer to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8-in pan or line with parchment paper.
Stir all ingredients well. Spread into pan evenly with spoon.
Bake 10- 20 minutes (check at 10 because air fryers can cook fast!), then let cool. They firm up as they cool, and they are best served after having been refrigerated.
Or divide the recipe by a fourth and pour into 2 microwave safe mugs and microwave until set.
