For the VAST majority of drivers out there cooking out of their truck is going to be a brand new skill and habit to learn in this Fit in 15 program

That is why we start introducing recipe videos and weekly grocery lists in Week 2 of the program to give you all plenty of time to learn about DHF's favorite nutrition methods

HOWEVER...

If you would like to work on building your nutrition skills before the rest of the pack feel free to use these resources listed below!

Plate Method- a nutrient dense and calorie controlling eating habit

Anytime you have a meal in the next 15 weeks I want you to ask yourself "Do I have non-starchy veggies as the largest portion of my plate or bowl?"

Making sure you can say yes to that question will be HUGE in helping you to have portion and calorie control without the hunger pains!

Making sure to have a PROTEIN source every time you eat along with the veggies will make those meals DIABETIC friendly as well as weight control friendly
