We have 3 different options to help you improve your fitness and movement capabilities:
- In-person personal training at the Salt Lake City and Pittston terminals
- Virtual personal training (preferred option for drivers over the road)
- Online programs
If you frequently pass through our SLC or Pittston terminals, then our in-person training is great for you. During the sessions our certified strength and conditioning specialist and DHF personal trainers will be assessing your movement quality and tailoring training programs to help you reach your goals, while also minimizing the chances of injury occurring.
The preferred method amongst our drivers is the virtual personal training option. These sessions can be done on your own schedule with a list of workouts written specifically for you by our trainers based on your initial fitness consulting results. Each workout consists of demonstration videos so you'll know exactly how to do your prescribed exercises. No equipment is needed, although it is recommended to get the equipment listed at the bottom of the page for increased variety in your workouts.

Personal Training Success Stories
In-person Trainingat Salt Lake City and Pittston Terminals
This option includes 30 minute in-person sessions with our DHF personal trainers via the Salt Lake City or Pittston Terminals. Hours and availability may vary depending on trainer's schedule. Great option if you know you'll be going through the SLC or PA terminals.
This is the preferred and more easily accessible option for 1-on-1 exercise instruction. Our experienced trainers will write workouts for you that can be done anytime day or night on your schedule. You'll go through our training consult first, and then the trainer will write you workouts tailored to your fitness consultation results.
Online programs are great for individuals that are motivated to stick to a program without needing face to face 1-on-1 instruction. Our DHF programs focus on short exercise sessions lasting anywhere from 5-15 minutes for 4-5 days per week. They can be found under the Programs tab on this website.
