Air Fryer Pizza

Ingredients
- 1 pita bread Joseph's Lavash recommended
- 1 tbsp basil pesto sauce optional. If you do not eat dairy, replace with several dashes of Italian seasoning
- 3 tbsp pizza sauce we used a no sugar added variety, Rao's brand
- 1 tbsp feta cheese reduced fat; can substitute cottage cheese or a vegan cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped veggies onions, mushrooms, bell pepper, olives, cherry tomatoes all work well
- 2 oz extra firm tofu can use shredded chicken
Instructions
- Assemble the pizza: spread basil pesto sauce on the pita with a spoon. Add the pizza sauce, feta cheese, chopped veggies, and pepperoni.
- Place in the air fryer set to 400 degrees for eight minutes or until crispy.
- Enjoy!
