Crustless Quiche
A great prep recipe for breakfast, use up leafy veggies before they go bad and start your day off with high protein!
Equipment
- Air fryer or Galanz Or in an oven
Ingredients
- 3 cups kale or other leafy green, like a frozen spinach block, I use chopped Swiss Chard
- 1.5 cup low fat greek yogurt This provides the creaminess and a huge protien boost. Use high fat if you like!
- 12 eggs or liquid eggs if you don't keep real eggs on board
- 1 tbsp Bettergoods Umami seasoning
- 1/2 tsp each of pepper, garlic powder, red pepper or cayenne
Instructions
- Layer the greens at the bottom of a loaf pan or silicon liner for an air fryer. Then add the Greek yogurt, eggs, seasonings and stir until the yolks are incorporated.
