After calculating BMR walk the driver through our tracking options, i.e., My Fitness Pal and The Plate Method.
Examples would be trying a diet, another exercise program, using a personal trainer, reading health and fitness magazine articles, etc.
Examples would be not enough time, tight work deadlines, lack of motivation, family issues, etc.

Goal Section

No more than 1-2 pounds per week weight lost as a goal. Aim for 5% weight loss goal over the program's 12 week span.
General guidance; I wouldn't go above 5% here. Generally that's the limit for a program of 12 weeks.
Create action steps using the drivers input to reach their goals. These will change throughout the program.
