Fit in 15!
A 12-week program built around teaching you habits you can do in 15 minutes a day to lose or control your weight. Fit in 15 is based on three pillars; exercise, nutrition, and accountability. Each week we'll have accountability calls and a Facebook group dedicated to keeping you on track to your goals. Our DHF team provides follow along exercise videos, truck friendly recipe videos, grocery lists, and nutrition strategies to help you lose weight and keep it off for good. We'll track your weight each week and keep you accountable to your goals.
Who is Fit in 15 recommended for?
This program is great for any and all drivers who want to learn how to live healthier lives on and off the road. We've had team drivers, TNT instructors, and even in-house associates use this program and have great success in it.
What will I gain as a result of completing Fit in 15?
We've had drivers in this program lose weight, enhance energy levels, learn how to eat healthier, and learn how to exercise over the road. Not to mention benefit from weight loss side effects such as; decreased blood sugar levels, decreased blood pressure, increased sleep quality, etc.
A 5-week program based on increasing flexibility and lessening the body aches and pains drivers get from sitting behind the wheel all day. Each week includes daily follow-along stretching videos you can do inside your truck with accountability built in throughout the program in the form of health coaching calls. A great winter time program.
Who is Functional Freedom recommended for?
Drivers with back pain, sciatica, or shoulder pain. Also great for team drivers, PSD/TNT students, or drivers wanting to workout inside the truck. All videos are 5-10 mins long.
What will I gain as a result of completing Functional Freedom?
We released this program in November 2020 and drivers reported having less pain, gaining more energy, and having a better quality of life as a result.
A Truckers Guide to Balanced Eating
A go-at-your-own pace program focused on nutrition. This program can easily be completed in under 2 weeks. It includes nutrition education designed to teach you how to build a balanced eating habit that you can feel satisfied on and meet your nutrition needs. It also includes resources on how to meal prep and create your own habit of planning your meals as well as many quick meal options for when you are short on time.

You should finish this program with the knowledge of not only HOW to make better nutrition choices but also WHY those choices are better for your health.
