Accountability and follow along exercises are wonderful
I am very glad I joined this program. From what I’ve heard they definitely revamped and made this more driver focused without the headaches. I already ate well on the road but I needed help with exercises and accountability. This program has given me that and made me feel like my health is more important than a paycheck. Thank you for this.

Proper balance of nutrition exercise and rest
I am very happy with the tips and advice especially from the dietitian. The information is presented very well and easy to use. My expectations were simple to lose weight and learn how to eat healthy. Definitely getting that and much more. Awesome

I liked that it gives different food items that’s easy to cook on truck. Some of the exercises I can’t do yet maybe once I lose some weight.
