I had a full knee replacement in the right leg in 2007.  I had back and neck surgery in 2009.  I have a 35 pound weight restriction and am restricted to low impact only on my right leg. With the pandemic working from home in 2020 wasn’t kind to me.  I lost my focus and discipline and started putting weight back on reaching 225 pounds.  In my August 2021 health check I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and was put on a higher dose of meds. I contacted Matt in DHF about putting a small gym in the corner of my bedroom at home to take advantage of the time working from home to get some cardio and weight training in.  I started doing the workouts Matt Judy sent me first thing in the morning and went back to strict dieting and portion control to take the weight off and get the blood sugar and blood pressure heading back the right direction. So far, from my time working with Matt Judy, I’ve dropped 20 pounds and have seen a noticeable increase in my energy levels.  I still have a way to go to reach my pre-covid weight and my goal of 190 pounds but everything is trending the right way!
