Microwave protein pancake
Here's your new macro friendly recipe that you can throw in the microwave to be ready to eat in no time.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup vanilla or chocolate protein powder or just the amount of scoops that equal 20-25 grams
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp water or milk
- pinch baking powder and salt
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to the bowl. Add in other flavor options if you like, like dried/fresh/frozen fruit, or chocolate chips. I added dried tart cherries. Mix until combined
- Microwave until set, should take around 3 minutes.
