Slaw quesadillas or taco
Vegetarian meal that is easy to change to your needs. If you want to do lower carb use a high fiber, low carb wrap for instance.
Ingredients
- 1 low carb tortilla Or use 2 small tortillas or the "street taco" tortilla that I used in the video
- 4 oz Part skim mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp salsa
- 1/2 cup salad I used the southwest salad kit because it has cilantro & green onions for flavor
Instructions
- Divide the cheese onto 2 tortillas or throw it all on 1 if just doing 1 tortilla
- Microwave for 1-2 minutes
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
