Thick and creamy strawberry smoothie

Try this smoothie for a refreshing snack or small meal that you can blend up in a matter of minutes! Choose your protein preference, protein powder or Greek yogurt both work well.

  • 1.5 cups strawberries frozen will give you a good consistency
  • 2/3 cup water or unsweetened plant milk or dairy milk
  • 1 oz Protein Powder or 5 oz Greek yogurt, low sugar such as Oikos, Two Good, or Ratio brand


  • Blend all of the ingredients and enjoy.
