Chicken & sauced steamer veggies
No prep or cooking required just throw into the microwave! Depending on what you have room in your fridge/freezer for, can use a rotisserie chicken or frozen pre-cooked chicken, and a frozen pre sauced steamer bag of veggies.
- 10 oz chicken Use frozen pre-cooked variety or a rotisserie chicken
- 2 cups steamer veggies I used a bag of pre-sauced potatoes with green beans
- pesto/lemon/seasonings like garlic/salt/pepper optional for flavor if you did not use a pre-sauced veggie bag
- If using rotisserie chicken, debone. Portion out a palm sized 4-5oz) of chicken and the rest of the plate with the veggies. Make sure the largest portion is non-starchy veggies
- Microwave until hot!
