Berry green smoothie
Hide some veggies in your breakfast or snack with yummy berries and yogurt in this smoothie!

- 1 cup berries frozen or fresh
- 1 cup fresh spinach or greens powder
- 3/4 cup oikos greek yogurt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk add a couple of dates if you would like it to be sweeter!
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
- Add the ingredients and add the liquid last then blend.
