Peanut butter sandwich and veggies
Classic lunch from childhood but also a nutrient dense staple to fall back on when you don't know what else to make!
Ingredients
- 2 pieces daves killer bread thin sliced
- 2 Tbsp natural peanut butter If you get the Smucker's brand they do not add any sugars and they do not use hydrogenated oils
- 1 tbsp sugar free jelly or regular jelly, or honey
- 1 cup cucumbers or choice of non-starchy veggies such as cherry tomatoes, pickles, peppers, baby carrots, ect
Instructions
- Make a PB&J! Not too hard:) And make the largest portion of your plate non-starchy veggies.
