  • Place beans in bowl and mash with a fork or the back of a spoon.
  • Mix in the flaxseed, eggs and seasoning.
  • Let rest a couple minutes to let it firm a bit. While waiting, heat skillet on hot plate on medium-high (350 degrees). Spay skillet with cooking spray.
  • Form into patties with hands and place in skillet. Cook on each side about three minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
