Asian fusion edamame & veggies
Plant based, low calorie and high protein! Keep this as a back up frozen meal
Ingredients
- 2 cups shelled edamame Find this in the freezer section, make sure to get it "shelled"!
- 2 cups stir fry veggie mix Also find this is the freezer section
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
- Microwave the edamame and veggies until they are at desired temp
- Drain off excess water while holding back the edamame and veggies with a fork
- Add the siracha and soy sauce then divide into 4 servings! Or heat up one portion at a time
