  • 6 oz greek yogurt Brands of greek yogurt that are high protein and low sugar include Two Good, Great Value light greek, Dannon light and fit Greek, Ratio, and Oikos
  • 1/2 cup banana Or any type of fruit!
  • Toppings Options include fruit, nuts, granola or a crumbled up protein bar

Instructions
 

  • Add toppings to Greek yogurt and mix
