Spicy Spinach Tuna Wrap
Easy on-the-go NO COOKING lunch or dinner wrap
Equipment
- utensil to stir tuna and condiments
Ingredients
- 1 can Tuna drained
- 2 tbsp Sriracha
- 2 tbsp Mayo or greek yogurt
- 2 Whole wheat tortillas medium
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes optional
- 2 tbsp minced onion optional
Instructions
- Mix Tuna, Sriracha, and mayo together in a bowluntil they are creamy.
- Stir in diced tomato and minced onion if using.
- Layer half of the tuna with half of the spinach on top of each tortilla.
- Roll tightly burrito style and cut in half for easy on-the-go lunch! Store extra wraps in plastic wrap for later use.
