Turkey white bean chili

A chili recipe with no tomatoes that can be done on the stove top, slow cooker, or instapot. Big enough to feed the whole family or use for meal prep.
Pair with 1 cup steamed veggies or 2 cups of a salad kit to meet non-starchy veggie needs.

  • Heat the pot on medium, spray with olive oil spray and saute onions and garlic until soft
  • Add the meat and continue to break it up while cooking. Cook for about 5 minutes
  • Add the chilis and seasonings, simmer for 2 minutes
  • Smash the beans in the can with a fork, then add both cans of beans, and broth to the pot. Bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer for 30-35 minutes
  • Stir in sour cream then serve with toppings of choice! Makes 12 1 cup servings
  • SLOW COOKER: (if you have a small crockpot divide recipe in half!) Saute the onions & garlic before adding the meat. Make sure to break up the meat before adding all the other ingredients. Change broth amount to 1 &1/2 cups. Cook for 8 hours on low
  • INSTAPOT: For an 6 qt instapot. If you have the 3qt divide recipe in half! Change broth to 1 &1/2 cups. Cook on high pressure for 25 minutes
