Fall flavors protein smoothie
Give a little spice spin to your protein shake with this smoothie. To give it a thicker texture add your choice of ground flax, nut butter, Greek yogurt, or frozen bananas.

Ingredients
- 1 cup water or milk
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder or greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp ground flax seed or chia seeds or hemp hearts
- 1 dash each of cinnamon, ginger, cloves, allspice, and nutmeg
- 1/2 banana frozen will make it creamier
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend to desired texture
