Guilt-Free Delight Brownies

Enjoy these rich, delicious brownies with peace of mind—no need to worry about blood sugar spikes! Thanks to the almond flour's healthy fats and protein, they help keep your sugar absorption steady. Your A1C will appreciate the choice! If making in the microwave, divide the recipe in 1/4 and put in a microwave safe mu or bowl.

  • 1 Oven can be modified for microwave or air fryer.
  • 1 pan 9x9 or 8" round pan. Or air fryer silicon insert.
  • cooking spray sub parchment paper

  • Preheat oven or air fryer to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8-in pan or line with parchment paper.
  • Stir all ingredients well. Spread into pan evenly with spoon.
  • Bake 10- 20 minutes (check at 10 because air fryers can cook fast!), then let cool. They firm up as they cool, and they are best served after having been refrigerated.
  • Or divide the recipe by a fourth and pour into 2 microwave safe mugs and microwave until set.
