This smoothie recipe is a great breakfast replacement for when you have got a busy morning! Any of the fruits can be switched out.
- 1 banana frozen
- 1 cup blueberries frozen
- 2 Tbsp ground flax
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or other type of unsweetened milk, cow's milk, coconut milk, soy milk ect
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt vanilla or plain, brands like Oikos, GV light greek, Dannon light and fit, Two Good, or Ratio have limited or no added sugar
- Add ingredients and blend until smooth
