Turkey sausage and kale soup
Equipment
- Stove Top Can also be done with instapot or crockpot
Ingredients
- 1.25 lb ground turkey sausage
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic minced or powder
- 5 cups chopped kale Buy a large bag already chopped
- 1 can white beans rinse and drain
- 4 cups broth & 2 cups water
- 1 tsp each of red pepper flakes, salt, & pepper
Instructions
- Heat up the oil, add the sausage and garlic, break up while cooking until totally brown and cooked through.
- Add the beans, broth, and seasonings then cook for 10 minutes
- Stir in the kale then serve! Makes 4 servings.
