Laura's breakfast shake
Recipe courtesy of Prime driver Laura who makes this shake to start out her day. Laura says "This shake helps me to stay full and feel energized all morning!" She uses a battery operated blender that she can re-charge in her dash.

Ingredients
- 1 scoop Protein Powder Laura uses horchata flavor, but this recipe will also work with a vanilla powder.
- 2 tbsp ground flax
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 oz walnuts just a small handful
- 1 oz greens powder, optional
- 2 tsp ground clove powder & nutmeg or clove oil, optional
- 1.5 cups water or unsweetened almond milk
Instructions
- Add the liquid first, then the rest of the ingredients, and blend.
