Pizza in a mug
If you like pizza ( who doesn't) you have got to try this nutrient-dense super fast recipe. Takes less time to mix together than cooking a frozen pizza!
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp almond flour Or just double the amount of regular flour if you don't want to use almond flour. Almond flour is a lower carb flour
- 2 Tbsp whole grain flour
- 1/4 cup marinara Find the kind with no added sugar
- 1 oz part skim mozzarella or vegan option
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp non fat Greek yogurt or vegan yogurt like the Forager brand
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Mix all of the dry ingredients, then mix in the oil, greek yogurt and water
- Should be the consistency of cookie dough
- Microwave for 1-2 minutes or until it is set
- Throw the marinara and cheese on top then microwave again until melted
- Pair with non-starchy veggies, I used a salad kit
