If you like pizza ( who doesn't) you have got to try this nutrient-dense super fast recipe. Takes less time to mix together than cooking a frozen pizza!

  • Mix all of the dry ingredients, then mix in the oil, greek yogurt and water
  • Should be the consistency of cookie dough
  • Microwave for 1-2 minutes or until it is set
  • Throw the marinara and cheese on top then microwave again until melted
  • Pair with non-starchy veggies, I used a salad kit
